- Start Low: Begin with 1 tea bag (3g) and a single steep. Most people find their amount of plain leaf between 2g and 5g, so take your time dialing in yours
- Brew: Place 1 to 2 tea bags in an insulated thermos with 1 to 2 cups of boiling water (205°F to 212°F). Close the lid and steep for at least 15 minutes
