- Start Low: A capsule can't be split cleanly, so one capsule is both the starting serving and the maximum. Your first time with Gold, take 1 capsule on a light day with nothing else planned, and let it fully set in before you decide anything about future servings

- Daily Limit: No more than 1 extract capsule in a 24 hour period

How strong is OPMS Gold?

How many capsules should I take?
One. OPMS sets the limit at no more than 1 extract capsule in 24 hours, no more than 5 days per month, and never on consecutive days. Since a capsule can't be split cleanly, the starting serving and the maximum are the same single capsule.
Is OPMS Gold good for someone new to kratom?

How do I know my OPMS Gold is genuine?
Since March 2017, genuine Gold has been sold only in the redesigned sealed blister card, and OPMS says it comes only in 2, 3 and 5 ct cards. Capsules sold loose, in bags or in bulk jars are counterfeit. Genuine capsules also carry an imprinted three leaf logo. Every card we ship is original and sealed.
What's the difference between the Single pack and the 10 pack?
Only the quantity. The Single pack is one 5 ct card (5 capsules, 420mg MIT). The 10 pack is a box of ten 5 ct cards (50 capsules). The capsules are identical.
What does cold water extracted mean?
OPMS draws the extract out of the leaf with its own high pressure, cold water process rather than heat or harsh solvents. The method is designed to keep the leaf's natural alkaloid profile intact.
